Miniature Black Ducks

This pair of miniature black ducks were carved by A. J. King of North Scituate, Rhode Island. He worked from the late 1930's to the1950's. His works are considered some of the finest in detail and accuracy of any miniature carvers of the twentieth century. These are mounted on a burl base and are signed A. J. King. Only 4 1/2" long, they are in excellent condition.
