Rare Hand Carved Honduras Mahogany Hall Clock

Exceptional hand carved Honduras mahogany hall clock with rare, four tune Winterhalder & Hoffmeier movement playing the quarter hours on nine oversize tubular bells with three jar mercury pendulum. The brass dial features pierced and engraved gilt spandrels, silvered chapter rings and original moon dial. The dial and movement are signed W&H. This is the finest example of this model we have had the privilege to offer and consider it a worthy addition to any serious collection, c. 1905. Dimensions: 98"H x 29"W x 19"D
