Gothic Limestone Fireplace Mantel from France

10-15 years old

This is a French Gothic carved stone mantel with a cross on the shield crest. It is not that old, and it is in very good condition. The moldings are quarter-round and half-round, and the mantel rests upon half-round column pilasters on plinths. These are surrounded by fluting on either side.
