Louis XIII Style Chestnut 3 Seat Settee

You are looking at a French antique Louis XIII style settee. It is made of European fruitwood, it's in good condition, and it's circa 1880. It is a 3 seater.

The settee is topped with 3 arched panels with putti, scrolling acanthus leaves, and central lattice baskets topped with floral arrangements. Each back panel is surrounded by spiral turned supports. The seat apron mimics the top border decoration. This is supported by spiral turns and block decorated legs in an H formation on small bun feet.

This probably had caning throughout at one point in its history. Restorations.
