From the geography I believe this globe is from 1930 . It shows Leningrad (1924) , Manchutikuo in China ( Mandchoukouo in French 1931 and Italian Somalie , please feel free to Email with question to insure accuracy on possible exact date , we can check the railways line or country boundaries . The surface condition is very good , no restoration , some very small missing spot of paper ,some crack line in the paper ( see picture ). Overall the countries are easy to read and discern. The printing is really nice and well done , this type of globe belong to the tradition of globe making of the 19th century : 12 full gores on a solid ball of glass .There is usual high quality detail of a large Forrest globe , sea current , train lines and precise geo politic borders . The mahogany wood mount is from Jacques Adnet .The half ring is nickel chromed with very little oxidation. Size H.21 , base 8 x8 , globe 14 "
