This antique French statue of a woman carrying a basket of fruit upon her head is from the Provence area of France.  The statue rests upon a tall square shaped stone pedestal which has raised motifs of floral and foliate vines on all four sides.  

This lovely antique French statue on pedestal can be placed inside or outside. Condition:  Flaking of old paint throughout; minor wear, rubs and chips (see photo 2) to relief areas all commensurate with age.
