These two antique Venetian mirrors with parcel silver leaf wooden frames were found in France.  They date to circa 1800 or possibly older. The protruding rectangular shapes and silvered glass portions are all original to the pieces . The top is of the period but was added at some point in time to further embellish the mirrors.  It has a floral and c-scroll cartouche cutout with old silvered glass behind it as was typical of the Venetian mirrors.  Two pendent floral drops flank either side of the rectangular frames. 

These antique Venetian mirrors will grace any wonderful room. Condition:  Chipping and wear to silver leaf and wood; wear to decorative relief; losses of silvering to glass in areas.
