This sewing table has the classical Nehmiah Adams leg, from Israel Sack's inventory. Although Sack's example has square canted corners, this table has canted corners that are slightly rounded and rarer. The drawer fronts have a tiger maple facing (see detail, which is quite special) and retain their original lions' head pulls. This table has and old surface, which has been waxed over the years. It is in excellent condition and would be a treasure in anyone's collection.
Height: 29 1/2 in. Width: 20 in. Depth: 15 3/4 in.
