This is a typical Philadelphia candlestand with a desired compressed ball. The entire surface has a first surface with only the top being waxed. It has that dark grunge look which is highly sought after. We note two small finely matched inset patches on the top. This table has a beautiful form and surface of a well card for 200 year old table and the dishtop gives it that special feature may candlestands lack.
Height: 28 1/2 in. Diameter: 20 1/2 in.
