Hand painted chest. 1895 Americas Cup Yacht – Defender

Presented to Captain Charles Barr from his grateful crew – the deer island boys.

Black with hand painted ship, anchors, American flag with 44 stars, chest interior natural wood and old green paint.  Painting in fine condition 36” w x 14” d x 8-1/2” h.
